the review of the fourth edition of Vis(S)i D'Arte will take place.
Artists who intend to participate declare that they have read the rules reported here.
Article 1. Object. 1.1. This Regulation governs the concession for use to third parties of the premises chosen by the APS Vis(S)i D'Arte association for the purposes of holding the exhibition, displays and events of an artistic and cultural nature such as photographic, painting and/or sculpture exhibitions, book presentations, etc. 1.2. Third parties are intended exclusively and directly to be the artists and authors of the works, excluding therefore agencies, companies or other intermediaries. 1.3. The concession for use of the premises is free of charge, except for the reimbursement of management costs which is quantified as a flat rate of €20.00 and gives the right to exhibit up to 6 works. Article 2. Purpose. 2.1 The purpose of the APS Vis(S)i D'Arte is to promote the diffusion and development, mainly, of the knowledge and passion for art, in its various forms and expressions, excluding any profit-making purpose on the part of the association itself. Article 3. Method and content of the application. 3.1. Artists who intend to exhibit and/or present their works must submit, with sufficient notice, a specific application 3.2. The application must contain: a) name, surname, telephone and email contact details of the artist and the number of works he/she intends to exhibit. 3.3. Acceptance, as well as rejection of the application, is left to the widest discretion of the association through its representative body. Any failure to respond can never be considered as tacit consent. Article 4. Methods of use of the premises. 4.1. The artist must use the premises, furnishings and equipment present in the premises with the utmost diligence required. 4.2. In particular, the artist is required to: a) position the works in such a way as to guarantee their safety as well as the safety of the premises and users, subject to the consent of the association manager or his/her delegate; b) be constantly present in the premises during the event or in any case ensure adequate supervision of the premises and the works by their assistants; g) return the premises free of people and things, ensuring that the premises are properly restored, clean and tidy in all their parts 4.3. The artist is absolutely prohibited from: a) using the premises for purposes other than those strictly related to the object and purpose of the event; b) charging users a price for participation and/or entry to the event; c) entering into contracts for the sale of the works within the premises; d) setting up banquets, catering services, consuming and having consumed meals or drinks within the premises; Article 5. Responsibility and Insurance. 5.1. The artist, during the period in which he/she has the premises, becomes the exclusive custodian, taking upon himself/herself all responsibility for any damage to the structure, furnishings, equipment contained in the premises, the works on display as well as for any damage to persons and things present in the premises during the event or during the set-up and dismantling phases. 5.2. With respect to the above provisions, the artist provides the most extensive indemnity and guarantee to the association aps Vis(S)i D'Arte.
