the exclusive selection of herbs from Alta Murgia determines a delicate aroma and a pleasant taste of herbs and fruit.
Amaro is a liqueur produced by filtering, macerating and infusing herbs and plant essences.
Although at first the sweetness may seem to prevail in the mouth, the persistent bitter notes, typical of the aromatic herbs present in the infusion, are soon recognized.
